After two hours in makeup,, actor Cary Tagawa roars as Zylyn the Grakka Warrior in the television pilot Space Rangers, scheduled to run on CBS.
A warrior-monk from the planet Grakka. He is one of only four Grakka serving in the Rangers Corps. Zylyn's people were once considered the fiercest warriors in the galaxy until they decided to embrace the ways of peace. Graakas also have the ability to be semi-telepathic as they can read intense thoughts.[1] Zylyn wears a cybernetic pacifier collar to help control his aggressive tendencies. He takes it off only when the situation calls for him to fight.
Death Valley - The magnificent view is from Zabriskie Point, to the southeast glides from the golden badlands of Furnace Creek to the older, darker hills of Artists Drive Formation. Both are mineral-rich, mile deep floors of ancient inland seas. The darker hills may be 24 million years old.
